How do I renew my membership?
You will be notified by Exclusive Access three months before your expiration to renew. You are not under any obligation to renew.

What is the online virtual mall?
The online virtual mall is an area that has hundreds of participating online merchants where members can shop and receive a percentage of each purchase as a cash back rebate.

When will I receive my rebates from the online virtual mall?
A percentage of all purchases using our online virtual mall will earn members a rebate that will be paid once per year on the second Friday of November for all purchases made between November 1st of the previous year and October 31st of the current year.
